The goal of CCSI's training material development process is to develop effective, easy to maintain documentation that people will use. All CCSI documentation is designed with a learning concept, which simplifies the Oracle learning process, and builds basic principles, one upon the other.

The training is focused on the business rather than on the computer system.

The training material is developed using a role-based approach. Every training participant receives training in the Oracle basics. Then each participant receives training for his or her role. The documentation and training information detail what is needed by each employee to perform their particular role in the business process.
